環境とのつながり
作品はドローイングの軌跡が作る断面であり、
形態の持つ起伏から光学的、色彩的現象を生じています。　
ありふれた環境中の現象に接点を持つこと、
それぞれが染み出し溶け合う状況が作れればと思っています。

Connection to the Environment
The work is a cross section created by the trajectory of the drawing.
The undulations of the forms give rise to optical and chromatic phenomena.　
I hope to create a situation where each of them seeps out and melts into each other.

作家はこれまで、自然の現象を取り上げ、作品に作り込んでいる。
自然環境の一瞬の動き、を切り取る。その自然は見えるものでない。ロゼッティの詩を思い浮かべる。ごく身の回りのその見えない一瞬は、時間、視点で微妙に変化するその一瞬の軌跡を作家の感覚を色・形に表す。カラフルで美しい。

The artist has been taking natural phenomena and creating them into his works.
The artist captures the momentary movement of the natural environment. The nature is not visible. I think of Rosetti's poem. The artist's senses are expressed in colors and shapes of the invisible moments around us, which change slightly depending on time and viewpoint. Colorful and beautiful.
