両足で立って、両目で画面を見ると、線と線のあいだに、見えない線があることに気づく。
それはあなたの目のなかで、いつまでも明滅し、臨場する。まもなく、線は透明な眼鏡となり、あらゆるものを描きだす。

When you stand with both feet and look at the screen with both eyes, you realize that there is an invisible line between the lines.
In your eyes, it blinks forever, and it comes into its presence. Soon, the line turns into a clear lens, and starts drawing all kinds of things.

今回のタイトル「続・行間」　当画廊で3年振りの個展である。前回作家はただ無機的に線を引くだけという、意欲的な作品であった。作家は変わっていく。今個展では線を引いていくが、決して無機的ではない。作品に題名がある。更には作品の中心に自筆の線がある。
作品全体に3年前より緊張感があり、明らかに目指しているものがある。大いなる変化だ。
線と線の間。行間、作品の間といい、彼は線を描いていく中で、その間に深い意味を見出しているようだ。

The title of this exhibition is “Between the Lines (cont.)” This is the first solo exhibition at the gallery in three years.
In the previous show, the artist simply drew inorganic lines in his ambitious works. The artist is changing. In this solo exhibition, he draws lines, but they are not inorganic. The work has a title. Moreover, there is a line in his own handwriting in the center of the work.
There is more tension throughout the work than there was three years ago, and there is clearly something he is aiming for. It is a great change.
The space between the lines. He seems to find deep meaning in the spaces between the lines as he draws them.
